Cowboys of a pousada in Pantanal, Brazil. Yes indeed, we are far from the idyllic image of the american cowboy riding at sunset with boots and spurs. But here, in Pantanal, the conditions are quite harsh for the cowboys. Especially at the rainy season where mud is all over. So the best outfit is... bare foot!
