Tunisian women veiled in white and colonnades

The sun was scorching that afternoon in Monastir. These Tunisian women walked very judiciously in the shade of this colonnaded street. I wanted to take a picture of this string of colonnades in Monastir but I was missing a foreground. It was then that these two women took the shady passage. I did, however, wait until they were in the sun so that their light clothes contrasted with the shadow of the background.
