It was while walking in the streets of Kairouan, without a map or guide, that I met these three Tunisian women who inspired me to this photo. The presence of these three veiled Tunisians walking in the street as well as the architecture of the house in the background made me think that this photo let shine through the atmosphere reigning in Kairouan.
