Rhino and cub in a night out

rhino and cub at the water hole

Quick fact about rhinoceros: unlike white rhinos, black rhinoceros don't feed exclusively on grass. They can also eat leaves, barks and small branches.
This photo shows a female rhino and its cub enjoying the water hole in the cool night atmosphere, much less suffocating than the day. As the water is till you can see their bodies reflecting. There are fewer and fewer rhinos, either black or white, in Africa because of the poachers who kill them to tear apart the main horn. Rhinos horns, when reduced to powder are supposed to increase the manhood according to asian beliefs... and because of that, rhinos are on the verge of extinction!
