A great way to discover some of the most beautiful monuments in Paris is to take a dinner cruise on the Seine. The ideal is to take the dinner cruise at night to enjoy the superb illuminations highlighting the heritage of the French capital.

To discover or rediscover Paris, dinner cruises on the Seine are a must! It was while passing between the Trocédéro and the Champ de Mars that I took this photo of the illuminated Eiffel Tower.
There are several types of cruises on the Seine. Everyone knows the Bateau Mouche which are a great way to see Paris from the Seine. But it is also possible to take a lunch cruise, in the same way that you can take a dinner cruise. Only the atmosphere changes since in the first case we can see Paris under natural light and in the other case, under superb night lights. I would say that the two are complementary and that when we have done one, we want to do the other. Another nice option is the snack cruise, ideal with children. In one hour, between the Eiffel Tower and the Jardin des Plantes, the boat sails on the Seine and allows visitors to observe the beauty of the Parisian banks while enjoying a sandwich and feasting on crepes.

Finally, like buses, there are boats that drop tourists off at well-defined stops. Taking the boat like a bus is to ignore traffic jams and allows you to see a different side of Paris.
