Nephile spider on its web

Photo of a spider spotted in Curu reserve in Costa rica. Its yellow and black colours clearly meant beware! to me. The web, around 50 cm wide, is often set between two trees or big branches, approximatively 1.5m from the ground. The consequence for us, humans, is to look carefuly at where you go if you don't want to meet this spider !
