The sable is seldom to spot in Botswana

Look at those horns, aren't they amazing? I think sable antelope is the most gracious of all. The way it proudly carries its horns and its deep black colour turn the sable antelope into a majestic animal.
I actually came across this one by chance as I was following at a distance the path of an elephant, I suddenly spotted the black and white head of the sable antelope. Normally sable antelopes are gregarious, forming groups of twenty to thirty. But this one was solitary, or at least, I only spotted this one.
I guess there are not so many in austral Africa because after spending much time in Moremi game reserve, Etosha national park and Namib desert, this is the only sable antelope I spotted during my trip.
