Fushia flowers and fern

While taking pictures of flowers what attracts me the most are the colours, and never mind if I can't remember the names of all the flowers. In addition to the bright purple of the photo on the left, the bumble-bee adds movement and activity.
I took the picture on the right side in volcanoes national park of Big island. It is a tree fern no yet opened. Looking at the picture we easily guess how the fern is going to unroll to form the typical umbrella shaped.
