As the carnival takes place at the port of Arsenal, near Bastille, some participants exhibit themselves on boats. In this photo, three carnival-goers parade in their superb costumes in the sight of onlookers who have come to attend the colorful and festive parade of Paris carnival on the port of Arsenal.
Parade on a boat offers the advantage of being seen by the greatest number without suffering the inconvenience of the crowd. The carnival boats moving at low speed, we have plenty of time to observe each costume and the meticulousness necessary for their creation.
