Magnificent marriage of colors and traditional Tunisian art at Kairouan. This open door is like an invitation to visit Tunisia. Staying in Skanés-Monastir, I had not planned to visit the city of Kairouan. But well took me! Kairouan is easily accessible from Sousse or Monastir and is worth the detour.
