The bluespine unicornfish has a bony horn projecting from the head in front of the eyes. It lives lonely in shallow waters. On this picture we can notice the bluespine unicornfish is being cleaned by a hawaiian cleaner wrasse (Labroides phthirophagus), endemic species of the hawaiian waters.
