This is one of the images that I prefer when I walk in the souks: the spice stand or the dried fruit stand because they are very colorful and offer good photo opportunities. This is true in Tunisia but I also remember the markets of Sri Lanka or Cambodia where the spice stands were multicolored and gave off very good smells.
